Client Service AssistantSalary: £22,000 (circa) Location: London Working for one of London`s leading International Taxation outfits you will be providing Administrative support internally and completing both UK and US Income Tax returns for a wide range of Clients. Responsibilities:Set up client files reviewing information providedDrafting email correspondenceMonitor client information and follow up with clients as appropriatePreparation of basic US and UK income tax returnsPreparation and submission of correspondence to official authoritiesFile tax return with HMRC once the client has agreed itE-file US tax return with IRS once the client has agreed itDeal with basic correspondence in an appropriate fashionDeal with basic client queries over the phone or via email such as questions regarding the status of tax returns, tax refunds, penalty notices received etcPreparation of draft fee notes with narrative and appropriate fees in conjunction with senior/ managerSkills:This role requires a good communicator with excellent computer skillsNumerate and organisationally efficient.Intermediate level Word, Excel and Outlook Typing speed minimum 60wpmExcellent communication skills both oral and writtenAbility to manage a varied workload
