You be able to work under own initiative to secure business, have a proven track record of new business development. Target market is mid-corporate clients paying fees in excess of £10k.The successful candidate will be expected to service accounts.Responsibilities: Generate new business revenue for the groupService accounts as Account ExecutiveGenerate new customer contacts and clientsCreate new business ideasOperate in accordance with (FSA compliant) company agreed processesDeliver new business revenue lineReach and exceed new business targetsMaximise new business revenue stream from personal activitiesMaintain and improve quality of personal prospect databaseGenerate and create new business ideas and techniques in a compliant frameworkSkills:Risk ManagementGood knowledge of general insurance productsGood understanding of major insurer marketsAble to demonstrate good sales techniquesSelf motivatedExcellent interpersonal skillsProven sales experienceTrack record of successExperience in insurance sector Communicating, influencing and relationship building
