UK qualified lawyer with hedge funds experience gained from either an in-house or private practice environment, sought by this leading global house to support Equity Hedge Funds and Fund of funds business.
The role carries responsibility for product structuring, product management and undertaking due diligence on external Hedge Funds. Applicants will be dynamic high achievers with a pro-active approach to problem solving, an analytical mind set and high level of business acumen. Preferred experience will be gained directly form a Hedge Fund environment, although consideration will also be given to candidates with Prime Brokerage experience.
